Here at Building Professionals Inc., we follow a set of steps that ensure the home improvement process goes smoothly from start to finish. Whether you’re looking for design/build services, a new kitchen and bath, or revitalized exteriors, you will feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you sit down with one of our design professionals.
➤ in-home consultation
We will visit you in your home to chat about your desires for the space in question. We’ll also go over your budget and determine how to best implement your vision within the parameters you provide.
➤ Prior to construction
We will take detailed measurements and create a design that includes floor plans, elevations, and artistic renderings that allow you to “walk through” your new space.
➤ CONcept approval
Once you approve the concept, the project will move into the design and construction phase. A design consultant will work with you to choose cabinetry, fixtures, counters, hardware, colors, and everything else you’ll need for your project. Once all of your selections are made, we will create working plans, make sure all the necessary permits are secured, and our experienced team of carpenters will get it built.
